Jane was born in Kiev, Ukraine and moved with her family to Dallas, Texas when she was 8 years old.  Jane is fluent in Russian. She was raised in Plano, Texas. Jane found art when she was looking for something positive, creative, and enjoyable to escape the everyday stress. Jane plays with different color combinations in her mind before bringing those color combinations to the canvas.  Her work is influenced by emotions and inspirations that can come from anywhere. Once, Jane was inspired by a pair of pants and created an art piece using the same color pallet.  Another time she was inspired by a photograph she saw on social media. Her kids inspire her daily. Naturally, beautiful nature including trees, lakes, forests, and deep blue sky, fluffy and marshmallow-like clouds are always an amazing endless resource of inspiration. She finds inspiration everywhere whether it be a beautiful sunrise, a stunning sunset, or the serenity of a huge field of greenery. She loves to use soft colors and dark color mixes.  Jane’s pieces are sometimes bold and masterful, sometimes dreamy and delicate.
